GLADIOLA STREET SEWER REHABILITATION PROJECT

This sewer rehabilitation project includes slip lining of approximately 4,600' of 21"-30" Spirolite pipe with new 16" & 20" HDPE, reconstructing 19 service laterals, and rehabilitation or replacement of 13 manholes. Due to extremely difficult ground conditions, extensive dewatering, soil grout stabilization, slide rail shoring were required.
7800 SOUTH SEWER IMPROVEMENT PROJECT
$2Â Million- Completed in 2008
The work consisted of the replacement of approximately forty-five hundred feet of fifteen inch RCP and PVC sewer with a new twenty-four inch HDPE pipe by pipe bursting. The project also included open cut installation of twenty-two hundred feet of twenty-one inch PVC sewer , three jack and bore crossings of UPRR tracks ranging in size from twenty-four to forty-eight inches, significant traffic control in the UDOT right-of-way, and bypass pumping of the existing sewer flows.
