Ryan Vaughn

As our VP of Human Resources, Ryan leads our efforts on culture development, employee engagement, talent management and acquisition, benefits, compliance, company communications, HR processes, community involvement, and more. Ryan comes to Whitaker Construction with over 16 years of experience in HR and a strong background in process development and talent management. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources and a Master’s degree in Business from Utah State University.
