As Executive Vice President, Judd is a company powerhouse. He has been a valued part of our team for 30 years, holding numerous positions such as Shop Helper, Laborer, Pipelayer, Compactor Operator, Estimating Intern, Estimator, Project Manager, Sr. Estimator, and VP of Business Development. Having been a part of Whitaker at every level himself, he is particularly excited to continue developing the next generation of leaders at Whitaker Construction. “BE HONORABLE” is Whitaker’s core value that Judd aligns most with. “The Whitaker name and what it stands for is very important to me,” he says, “Our reputation is one of our greatest assets, and I want that to continue for many, many decades into the future.” To new and developing employees, Judd has a piece of advice: “Don’t be afraid to ask questions or come up with a better way to do things.
